We continually inspect and try to improve our products.  All parts have been inspected prior to packaging, and our guarantee is limited to replacement or defective parts.  This guarantee lieu of all other guarantees or warranties implied or expressed.  Because we cannot control the application of our products, buyer assumes risk for any and all damages caused to himself or third party, by virtue of failure of these parts.  We make no warranty as to products distributed by us, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties or merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose.  All Horsepower Inc. products are custom designed for high performance applications.  Products are non-returnable and no warranty is extended.  Implied or expressed most high performance parts are not legal for sale or use in CA or EPA Pollution Controlled Motorcycles.  Users must comply with all federal, state and EPA regulations.  In some instance - high performance parts can be recalibrated to meet the above guidelines. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Refunds & Exchanges- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days provided:

1.  You are the original purchaser and you purchased your items directly from HPI or an approved dealer.  

2.  You have a copy of the original receipt in the box with your current contact information and reason for return.

3.  The item is new, in its original packaging and has not been used, installed or tampered with in any way.

4.  You receive a RMA number from HPI.

Your package must be postmarked on or before 30 days from the date of purchase.

Credit will be issued for merchandise only.  Freight, handling and associated fees are not refundable.  Credit will be issued in the same form of payment as originally received.  For international shipments, please call or email info@horsepowerinc.net.  All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Please note: custom manufactured, special built, and special ordered items are NOT refundable.

 

 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Items after 30 days cannot be returned! Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Merchandise must be in original condition, unwashed, with tags attached. Items with stains such as makeup or deodorant, pet hair, smoke or perfume smell will not be accepted. No returns on sale items. All online exchanges must contain the Exchange Form. Please email us at Laura@horsepowerinc.net for the exchange form prior to sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will pay the return shipping costs if we made an error in shipping the wrong item or if the item is defective.
